It was love at first sight when a young couple from Manhattan Beach drove past this exquisite Country French chateau one afternoon in 2000. The classic elegance of the home’s architecture, the spaciousness of the grounds and the magnificent coastal views all conspired to win their hearts. Before they had even set foot in the house they knew that they had to have it. As luck would have it there was a FOR SALE sign out front, and naturally they had to make an offer. Since then the couple has remodeled both the interior and exterior of the home to create an ideal environment for their growing family.
